What You’ll Learn

Whether you are an experienced oil painter or someone who has never held a brush, discover the fun of experimenting with paints.

Come and learn to reconnect with and express your own innate creativity, in a supportive atmosphere, where you have no preconceived notions of how things should be and can freely express yourself through art, thus developing your own “individual style," with personalized guidance, within a supportive, relaxed environment, laced with humor. For beginners, we will briefly cover the basic principles of painting to help you get started, and for those who have already painted we shall cover:

*Creating strong compositions

*Bringing your painting to life!

*Finding your unique voice and style

We will share our tools and tips for working with paint!

The price for Day Painters is R825 per person, per day, including lunch, art materials and tuition.

YOUR PAINTING EXPERIENCE

Talks, demonstrations, individual instruction and the location all assure that this painting workshop will be a memorable experience.

We adapt our teaching methods according to the needs of each participant, according to their level, personality and goals and take their painting to the next level!

You’ll be able to paint the subjects of your choice but receive constructive guidance to develop your skills and develop your own personal style.

WHAT TO BRING

W provide all art materials for your use during the workshop, such as easel, paints, canvas/paper, brushes etc

Bring along an apron, sunhat or umbrella

YOUR CAMERA

Don’t forget to bring your camera (if you haven’t got one on your phone) to take lots of pictures to paint when you get home!
