Accommodation
Didima Lodge

I personally rate Didima Camp as one of the best places in Southern Africa.
It
features a range of luxury accommodation within stunning
surrounds. There are 62 two-bed luxury chalets each with an en-suite
bedroom and sitting area. All linen, towels and blankets are
supplied. All the chalets boast satellite television and cosy
fireplaces. A modern conference center doubles as a romantic
wedding venue in this beautiful setting in the Cathedral Peak
area.
Four Bed Cabins : The two four-bed cabins each have two bedrooms,
bathroom en-suite, a lounge/dining area and a kitchen. All linen,
towels and blankets are supplied.
Six Bed Bungalow : This bungalow has three bedrooms, each with en-suite
facilities, a lounge/dining area and a kitchen. All linen, towels
and blankets are supplied.
The central lodge has an excellent restaurant which is available
for all meals. The bar is a wonderful place to relax and swap
stories with other travelers. The main building has an intimate
lounge, a shop for groceries and curios, as well as fireplaces
throughout, which are necessary in the winter months.
There is also a fantastic state-of-the-art conference facility which seats 140 delegates with all necessary conference facilities. A large breakaway facility doubles as a wedding chapel with a full height glass wall framing the splendour of Cathedral Peak, giving an idyllic and romantic location for the most special of wedding days.
The
architecture used and carried throughout the camp is a mix of
modern architecture with influences from San art and culture. In
keeping to this theme there is a modern interpretation centre,
dedicated to San Rock Art.
For those with 4X4 transport, Mike's Pass to the mid-range
plateau is a very scenic drive and excellent 'sun-downer' venue.
The lodge provides a drive up the Pass as an excursion.
