
Day 1: -
We depart for the Garden Route via Franshoek and the awesome Franshoek Pass built by the Master builder Thomas Bain. We pass the beautiful Theewaterkloof dam and connect the R62 VIA Worcester, Robertson through wine country to Aston, Montagu to Oudtshoorn in the enchanting Little Karoo.
Lunch is in the Karoo in Barrydale with Brandy and wine tasting at Barrydale cellars.
We proceed to Ronnies Sex Shop and the mystery that made him famous.
We check in at De Poort GuestHouse in the Swartberge. Here for the first time we can experience the smell of Africa and its magic up close & personal. Relaxing & comfort is embodied in this very personal guesthouse.
Supper is served in the dinning room overlooking the valley.

Day 2: -
After breakfast we explore the Ostrich Kingdom.

We visit the famous Cango Caves (excl) with its mystic splendours, an Ostrich Show Farm (excl) where we can see touch and ride the mighty african ostrich.

We drive South back across the 800m Outeniqua Pass and 4 Passes to George through Wilderness and its beautiful lakes to Knysna, jewel of the Garden Route.

We check into our guesthouse and explore Knysna, the Heads, African craft markets and Waterfront.
Option (excl) At sundown we set of for a yacht cruise on Knysna Lagoon.

Day 3: -
We take a drive through to Plettenberg Bay and its awesome beaches and the playground of the jetsetters, the Tsitsikamma Mountains and Nature's Valley.

Here we have an option (Excl) to visit Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary and the Birds of Eden. Aslo an option (excl) to visit the Elephant sanctuary or Tenikwa Rehab animal centre.On to the Tsitsikamma National Park.

Then we proceed to Buffalo Hills Farm where we have a exceptional opportunity to meet Lion, Buffalo, Rhino at close quarters o a spectacular 3 hour game drive on 4x4 open jeep through some of the most breathtaking Fynbos cultures of the region.
Situated in the Malaria free and Crime free Western Cape in South Africa, this Private Game Reserve is blessed with a great diversity of habitat and wildlife. Visitors have an excellent chance of experiencing close encounters with rhinoceros, lions, buffalo, giraffe; rare black impala and many more, in an exhilarating 3-hour guided game drive (incl).

Day 4: -
Today we move to Mossel Bay, where Bartholomew Diaz landed back in 1488 & the Post Office Tree; we visit the Cape St.Blaize lighthouse.

We sadly depart for Cape Town via the N2 through Albertinia where we stop to see the Aloe Ferox Factory, Riversdale, Swellendam for lunch at Zandrift, Caledon, late afternoon back in Cape Town.
