After landing, which is the most fun of all for some, the ground crew, who have been following the flight in their "retrieve vehicle", meet the guests and drive  back to base where the staff has prepared a superb champagne breakfast.  

Hover at treetop height for a chat and wave to a local farmer.  
Conditions permitting, the pilot can soar higher amongst the clouds. 
There, from the slowly drifting vantage of a hot air balloon, one experience 
the "720 degree" wrap around panorama.

Enjoy the "magical experience" of lazily drifting with the wind. Hover gently over the treetops or soar high amongst the clouds. Savour a freshly cooked, hearty champagne bush-breakfast after landing.

Sip champagne as one enjoys what some describe as the closest thing to heaven known to man. The "magical experience" of lazily drifting with the wind, on a fascinating aerial sightseeing flight over this beautiful countryside.

With no means of steering the balloon other than the pilot's skill in using wind currents, a flight can take you as far as 20km, or return you to the launch site either way the retrieve crew will follow the balloon and return you by road to the launch site after the flight.

Each flight lasts about an hour, and afterwards you will join the pilot for breakfast at a lodge near the launch site, where you can gently rejoin the world of earthbound beings. The whole excursion will take about 3 or 4 hours.

Wear casual clothes. A warm jersey or jacket may be useful for the early morning, but can be taken off later. Binoculars and cameras are a must - don't miss this photographic opportunity!

BALLOON SAFARI INFORMATION:

• Every morning at sunrise
• Hot coffee/ tea served - Crew prepare balloon for flight
• Flight duration about 1 hours
• Champagne served in-flight ( or on landing )

• Return to meeting point at about mid-day

BRING: Camera, Video, and binoculars
